We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days. The receipt of customer parcel will be dependent on Location. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.

Products purchased from Topzilly.com will be carefully packaged and sent out.

UK Delivery

Delivery within the UK starts from £2.99 and will be dispatched via Royal Mail and Hermes couriers. Delivery is normally within 3-7 working days from date of dispatch excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and up to date.

Free delivery on orders over £50.

EU Delivery

Delivery within the EU starts from £10.99 and will be dispatched with Royal Mail Delivery service and Hermes courier. Delivery is normally within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and up to date.

Free delivery on orders over £100.

Non-EU Delivery

Delivery to Non-EU Countries starts from £12.99 and will be dispatched with Royal Mail Delivery service and Hermes courier. Delivery is normally within 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and up to date.

Free delivery on orders over £100.

We will make every effort to deliver your orders in time but cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver within the stated time.

Please note – Duties and taxes are rarely incurred at the point of entry to the destination country, but if incurred they are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We offer our customers a peace of mind of shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, you can return it to us unworn in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. Returns are sent at your own expense.

Please Note : We do not accept returns for underwear due to hygiene reasons.

We offer full refunds or exchange on faulty/defective or damaged items only.

We will send you a refund within 1-2 weeks or exchange within a week on receipt of your returned order, which we agree are defective through faulty workmanship.

We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.
